This six-acre complex
houses eight clubs that will satisfy everyone’s nightlife
requirements. You can find discos, live music, country line dancing,
jazz and lots more. This is probably why the complex is so popular
with vacationers, conventioneers and even locals; it’s like
one-stop shopping for nightlife. Every night is celebrated like New
Year’s Eve, complete with street party and fireworks display.
Pleasure Island is connected to the rest of Downtown Disney by
footbridges and paths that are closed after 7pm. At that point,
admission for the bars is charged and ID is verified. You get a
hand-stamp and those 21 and over who wish to drink are given a
bracelet. Those under 18 can enter if accompanied by an adult. Kids
are free to go to any of the clubs except Manneguinns which is 21
and over. Admission to Pleasure Island is included in the all-in
-one hopper.
